Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Evaan International, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Damaged During Shipping: If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing evaaninternational.anas@gmail.com. The item must be returned to our distribution center within one week. Failure to meet this timeline will result in us being unable to accept the exchange. Upon receiving your email, we will promptly assess the damage and arrange for the repair or replacement of the product.

Damaged Due to Usage: Should your product suffer damage from regular use, such as issues with locks, studs, screws, buckles, or straps, we offer a repair service within two weeks of receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. Evaan International will cover the costs of the transaction after the repair.

Exchange  Policy: All requests for exchanges must be made within one week of the invoice date for domestic orders.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:

• Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original receipts must be included.
• Items must have been originally purchased from India.

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process your exchange or refund, even if the items are returned to us.

How to Exchange an Item: Include the original invoice with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Print and complete the Exchange Form and follow the instructions for your return or exchange.

Wait for our email confirmation. Processing typically takes 5 working days after we receive your parcel.

Please note that we do not refund taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges for international orders, either for refunds or exchanged items.
